Arthur Chan is co-founder of Fonseca Chan & Associates (FCA), which produces award-winning business solutions for the most ambitious brands and entertainment companies in the world. Prior to FCA, Arthur Chan served as Managing Partner, West Coast for Assembly. He was responsible for the leadership, operations, business development and client acquisition of the agency’s West Coast operations in the United States with clients that included 21st Century Fox, Transamerica, Dave & Buster’s, Belkin International and the LA Rams. During his tenure, Assembly was named 2018’s Media Agency of the year by Ad Age and Media Agency of the Year by thinkLA. Chan has a distinguished career in digital and entertainment marketing spanning more than 20 years. He has produced award winning campaigns for premier brands including Netflix, Lionsgate, A24, Relativity, Focus Features, MGM, Miramax, Toyota and Lexus among many others. Respected for his strengths in marketing and consumer strategy, Chan has led the development of campaigns that have been recognized at the highest pinnacles of the industry including a Cannes Media Gold Lion, an Effie and having his work selected as Mediaweek's Media Plan of the Year. His work has been featured in the Wall Street Journal and Forbes among other publications and in 2013, Chan was inducted into thinkLA's Hall of Fame.

His experience began as a technology implementation specialist for logistics
(transportation & customs) and durable goods industries which led to various merger and acquisition initiatives
across multiple Fortune 1000 companies in Latin America, Europe, and the United States. His undergraduate field of
study is in Economics, with minors in Finance and Government, at Harvard University. His graduate studies are in Engineering and Public Health. This background led David to be recognized as a subject matter expert on sustainable energy solutions, economic development, and public health and safety.
